Multilingual onboarding platform
Frontend for Customer
The platform offers intuitive forms for onboarding and change requests, supports 35 languages as well as country-specific adaptations and enables the upload of required documents and evidence.
Security features
The system integrates single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) and offers a detailed authorization concept based on Avantor's Identity Provider (IDP).
Backend for authenticated users
The solution enables real-time editing and customization of forms and fields, provides an overview and management of all forms with status indicators such as Draft, Submit, Done or Cancel and has advanced filter and search functions as well as the ability to export reports as Excel files.

What we did
Over the span of 10 years, we have developed a system that automatically and asynchronously integrates data and coordinates between various systems. In doing so, we were able to build a central interface (Data Lake) to minimize error susceptibility. This allows new systems to be integrated without effort, and bidirectional communication between the individual modules is minimized.
